How Optique is Protecting Against the Coronavirus

The following changes have been implemented as of March 21, 2020.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are following the American Optometric Association’s recommendation to postpone all routine eye exams and do our part to help flatten the curve. Our main goal has always been to protect the health of our patients, our team and our community. We are choosing to temporarily close our Domain Northside location, but we are keeping our Downtown Seaholm location open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM with one team member at a time and limited services.

We will be answering phones and email for both locations, so please call or email us for any urgent needs.  We can help you with re-ordering contact lenses, eyewear or prescription lenses.  Dr. Rhodes is accepting in-person emergency appointments with one patient at a time in the office, and we ask that you wear a mask if you are coming inside our office for an appointment.   You can also schedule a telemedicine appointment with Dr. Rhodes if you are an established patient with our office with any of the following symptoms related to; eye allergies, dry eyes or red eyes related to contact lens wear.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause as we are navigating this unknown situation with ever-changing recommendations.  We wish you all good health, and thank you for your patience during this time.  We will keep you updated as we know more.
